Hundreds of the world’s top experts on cassava will gather in the city of Cotonou, in Benin, June 11-15, 2018.

With an exhibition booth at the IVth International Cassava Conference, Benin, June 11-15, 2018, you may display information about research, development, industry, companies, projects, NGOs, etc. relevant to the Conference and about your company/project/organization and more importantly you will be able to directly interact with a highly attractive audience.

Facilities: The Benin Marina Hotel will be entirely booked by the Conference and therefore participants will be present all over the place to attend sessions, to go to restaurants and go back and forth to their rooms.

Exhibition booths will be located in the lobby on the ground floor of the main building of the hotel, or on the terrace of the Multifunction Main Building, where the scientific sessions, evening workshops and special meetings will take place.

Technical details:
The exhibition booths available at the Conference are pre-fabricated system stands. There will be regular booths of 3 m x 2 m, both with white panels all around. All booths will be equipped with two tables of 1 m x 0.6 m, 2 chairs and electricity.

We will be able to host around 20 booths, so it is advised to book your booth ASAP!

Costs of booths:
Booth rental fee:
Regular booth: $1,000 USD or 800 Euros (possible discounts for Benin companies)
Prices include access to electricity and free internet.
People in charge of the booth will have to be individually registered for the Congress.

Publicize your participation at the Conference!
As exhibitor at the Congress you may use the Conference logo (http://www.gcp21.org/BeninConference/logos.html) in your communication, like your website, social media or your email signature!

Booth registration:
In order to register as an exhibitor at the Congress, simply contact Dr. Claude Fauquet, c.fauquet@cgiar.org.

As soon as your booking is made you will receive an invoice for the exhibit booth and the RegFees for the assisting people. The bank details for the money transfer will be indicated on the invoice.

In order to consider the wishes of the exhibitors and to ensure that both the organizers and the exhibitors can plan effectively, we need to receive all booth registration and payments by May 31, 2018.
Please do not wait, first come first served!


Cancellation policy:
An exhibit booth can be cancelled free of charge before the deadline of May 7, 2018.
After this date, booth fees are due and will not be reimbursed.
Registrations fees of booth personnel, if they do not wish to attend the Congress, will be reimbursed in full before May 7, 2018 and 50% after this deadline. Bank fees for money transfer and other fees will be deducted.
